For our store in Bremen, we are looking for a Deputy Store Manager / stellv. Filialleiter (m/w/d) on a full-time basis
You are a passionate leadership figure who wants to make something happen. You supervise a motivated team and manage the challenges of a large fashion store.

Tasks
- You support and represent the branch management, jointly leading the store
- The performance of the store is your driving force, you unfold its full potential
- You ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
- You work closely together with the management team
- You lead your employees fairly and engagedly, focusing on their further development
- You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere
Qualification
- Experience in retail on large sales floors
- Safe handling of reports, KPIs, and benchmarks
- Experience in employee leadership and development as well as recruiting
- A motivated, open-minded leadership personality
- Comprehensive thinking, hands-on mentality, and process orientation
- Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
