We at Spitex Birsfelden are a division of the Stiftung zur Hard. As a team of approximately 40 people, we are responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 inhabitants. As a long-established team, we are accustomed to sharing responsibility. Together with the retirement home, we want to further develop our service offerings to better meet the needs of the people in Birsfelden.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy Team Lead Nursing & Household Management Spitex
Deputy Team Lead Nursing & Household Management Spitex 70-100% BY APPOINTMENT.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility for ensuring and independently implementing professional nursing and care for clients
- Deputizing for the Team Lead in their absence, particularly in the personnel management of employees (leadership responsibility for approx. 20 people)
- Supporting the Team Lead with personnel issues, as well as with the guidance, development, and advancement of employees
- Assistance with employee reviews, absence management, recruitment, and onboarding
- Point of contact for employees on personnel or team-related issues
- Collaboration with the Team Lead, those responsible for daily operations, and administration
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in the nursing field (HF, DN II, or equivalent)
- Enjoyment of leadership and interest in taking on responsibility
- Good nursing knowledge and confidence in the nursing process
- High communication, social, and conflict resolution skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- High organizational, cooperation, and coordination skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Loyalty and discretion
- Good IT user skills
This is an advantage – or can be developed with us
- Work experience in healthcare, ideally in outpatient nursing care
- Knowledge of Spitex, KLV (Swiss Health Insurance Ordinance), and personnel deployment and resource planning
- Experience in employee leadership, development, recruitment, and onboarding
- Leadership further education or willingness to complete one
