Your Tasks:

• Support in leading and organizational management of the team, as well as training our apprentices
• Preliminary preparation, execution, and follow-up of photo shoots
• Co-responsibility for the quality of work in the studio and for the achieved sales
• Scheduling coordination and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Closely working together with the studio and department manager
• Supporting the team in daily business
• Implementing creative actions with your team

Your Profile:

• A successful completed education as a photographer (m/w/d), either in retail or gastronomy
• First experiences in motivating and leading people, as well as personnel deployment and budget planning are desirable
• A friendly and communicative nature, team spirit, and an instinct for numbers
• An open, friendly, and sociable attitude towards your customers and colleagues
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
