Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for the Privita Ward

We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for the Privita 39 hours/week / part-time at Asklepios Fachkliniken Brandenburg GmbH for the Teupitz location. The tasks of the Deputy Ward Manager include: • Overseeing the daily operations of the ward, including patient care and staff management. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care. • Participating in hospital-wide initiatives and projects to drive innovation and improvement. • Collaborating with the Ward Manager to develop and implement ward-specific goals and objectives. • Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching. • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient data and treatment plans. • Participating in quality assurance activities and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a nurse or healthcare professional. • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology.
