The Würzburg Mitte University Hospital is a hospital for specialized care in Würzburg. The two locations, Juliusspital and Missioklinik, together form a hospital with 647 beds and more than 2,500 employees, where approximately 30,000 patients are treated inpatient annually.

in full-time, effective April 1, 2027, as part of succession planning due to retirement.

• Deputy nursing management of the Intensive Care Unit team at the Juliusspital location
• Support of the nursing management in staff deployment and personnel planning
• Co-responsibility for the development and implementation of modern organizational concepts
• Involvement in the further development of the team and the department
• Shaping and promoting interprofessional collaboration

• Completed three-year training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training in Intensive and Anesthesia Care
• Management experience desirable
• Completed further training to manage a ward, equivalent qualification, or willingness to acquire these skills
• Enthusiasm for the role and a convincing demeanor
• High standards for patient-oriented thinking and acting
