Aufgaben

• Deputy Site Manager: Close cooperation with the Site Manager and joint responsibility for the professional, organizational, and disciplinary leadership of the site. Active participation in decision-making, structures, and processes
• Führung & Teamsteuerung: Professional point of contact for Project Leaders and Fachplaner. Promotion of team development and ensuring clear responsibilities and processes
• Unternehmerische Mitverantwortung: Participation in revenue and result planning, forecasts, and reporting to the management board
• Projektsteuerung TGA: Management of selected, challenging TGA projects. Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality on a higher level
• Kunden & Verträge: Support in the care of existing and new customers as well as participation in contract and negotiation topics
• Organisation & Standortentwicklung: Active contribution to the optimization of internal processes and further development of the site
• Vertretungsfunktion: Taking over operational and organizational overall responsibility in the absence of the Site Manager

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in the field of Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energie- or Umwelttechnik – or a further education to Techniker/Meister SHK respectively Elektrotechnik
• You have several years of experience in project processing or project leadership as well as comprehensive knowledge of the performance phases of HOAI
• You understand yourself as a team player, take responsibility and lead your project team with direct and respectful communication
• You possess a valid driver's license for the Class B
• Responsibility, Eigeninitiative, and Kommunikationsstärke as well as a structured, result- and goal-oriented working method round out your profile
