• As Assistant Service Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our restaurant team and actively shape the service.
• You will lead, coach, and develop your team and ensure warm and professional guest service.
• You will coordinate morning and evening shifts as well as duty and vacation planning.
• You will be present with guests, pitch in yourself, and lead by example as a host and manager.
• You will organize and accompany events and banquets, ensuring a smooth process.
• You will ensure our hygiene, quality, and Leonardo standards.
• You will be responsible for inventories as well as cash management and control, and you will contribute to the creation and costing of our wine, beverage, and food menus.
• You will ensure structured and efficient F&B operations and continuously develop them further.
• You will work closely with our Operations Manager and report directly to her.

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and be yourself.
• You have completed vocational training as a hotel or restaurant specialist (m/f/d).
• You have professional experience in service, for example, as an Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, F&B Supervisor, or Assistant F&B Manager (m/f/d).
• Initial management experience is a plus. What matters to us is your motivation to take responsibility and inspire a team.
• You are a passionate host with a keen sense for guests and service quality.
• You are organized, a strong communicator, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic service and F&B environment.
• You bring team spirit, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
