We are looking for you as an Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch in Stolberg in the Südharz region as soon as possible.

• Co-pilot – You are the active support of the Restaurant Manager in coordinating all operations of the restaurant area and represent them in their absence.
• Work and vacation schedules – You contribute to ensuring optimal employee deployment.
• Offer design – You support the Restaurant Manager in creating the food and beverage menu, including the calculation of selling prices.
• Planning – You support the Restaurant Manager in the procurement of beverages, food, and consumables, as well as in the selection of suppliers in accordance with hotel standards.
• Training – You impart internal standards & ensure their adherence.
• Service and quality standards – Responsibility for the implementation of our guidelines.
• Work environment – You support through effective, friendly, and relevant communication.
• Wish fulfiller – Competent advice & service for our guests.

• Your training – Successfully completed in hotel management or gastronomy.
• Desirable qualification – Trainer's certificate according to AEVO (German Chamber of Industry and Commerce examination regulations).
• Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you have the overview – your field of activity is well-known to you through similar positions in comparable hotels.
