Your Tasks as Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f/d) with Us

• Accompanying internal and external audits
• Implementation of quality assurance measures within the framework of our quality management
• Close exchange with the facility management and Total Quality Management
• Participation in ensuring high nursing quality in compliance with legal requirements
• Co-design of the nursing and care process
• Implementation of current nursing-professional and scientific findings into daily work
