Mitverantwortung for quality assurance & care processes
Guidance & motivation of the care team
Communication with residents, relatives & the team
Taking over the PDL representation in absence
Your qualification: Training as a nursing professional (m/w/d) with further education to lead a care unit or PDL
First leadership experience desired
Good knowledge of care documentation & quality management
Responsibility and teamwork
Pleasure in communication & organization
