We are looking for a dedicated deputy nursing service manager (m/w/d) for a renowned care facility in Wolfenbüttel at the earliest possible time. Your tasks: Support of the nursing service manager in organizational and administrative tasks
Fachliche Anleitung, Einarbeitung und Motivation des Pflegeteams
Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
Aktive Mitarbeit in der täglichen Bewohnerversorgung und Grundpflege

Your Profile: Completed training as a nurse or healthcare professional
Further education to nursing service manager or willingness to complete it
First leadership experience or outstanding team skills with leadership ambitions
