Your tasks: Support of the nursing service manager in all organizational and professional aspects
Leadership and motivation of the nursing team as well as ensuring high nursing standards
Active participation in daily resident care
Scheduling, quality management, and documentation
Contact person for residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
Your profile: Completed training as an examined nurse (m/w/d)
Further education to nursing service manager or comparable qualification advantageous
First leadership experience and well-developed social competence
Organizational talent and joy in active nursing work
