Your tasks: Support of the nursing service manager in organizing and controlling all nursing processes
Fachliche Anleitung , Motivation and further development of the nursing team
Ensuring the quality of care according to current standards and legal requirements
Participation in duty and holiday planning as well as quality management
Trustworthy cooperation with residents, relatives, and doctors
Your qualification: Completed training as an examined nurse (m/w/d)
Further education to nursing service manager or willingness to take this up
First leadership experience or strong interest in leadership tasks
Organizational talent, empathy, and team spirit
