Ihre Aufgaben: Support of the nursing service manager in organizing and controlling all nursing processes
Fachliche Anleitung , Motivation and further development of the nursing team
Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität nach aktuellen Standards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Mitwirkung bei der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung sowie dem Qualitätsmanagement
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Ärzten
Ihre Qualifikation: Completed education as an examined nursing professional (m/w/d)
Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder the willingness to take this up
First leadership experience or a strong interest in leadership tasks
Organisationstalent, Empathie and Teamgeist
Sicherer Umgang mit digitaler Pflegedokumentation
