Your tasks: Support of the nursing service manager in organizing and controlling all nursing processes
Professional guidance, motivation, and further development of the care team
Safeguarding the quality of care according to current standards and legal requirements
Participation in duty and leave planning as well as quality management
Trustworthy cooperation with residents, relatives, and doctors
Your qualifications: Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/w/d)
Further education to nursing service manager or willingness to take this up
