Your tasks: Support of the nursing service manager in organizing and controlling all nursing processes
Professional guidance, motivation, and further development of the care team
Ensuring the quality of care according to current standards and legal requirements
Participation in duty and vacation planning as well as quality management
Trustworthy cooperation with residents, relatives, and doctors
Your qualification: Completed training as an examined nursing professional (m/w/d)
Further education to nursing service manager or willingness to complete it
First leadership experience or strong interest in leadership tasks
Organizational talent, empathy, and teamwork
Safe handling of digital care documentation
