For our location in Teltow, we are looking for a
Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f/d) for Outpatient Services
Tasks
- Representing the Head of Nursing in their absence
- Managing the facility together with the Head of Nursing
- When applicable, performing basic and specialized nursing care
- Evaluating nursing documentation
- Ensuring and adhering to nursing and quality standards
- Supervising nursing staff
Profile
- Completed 3-year vocational training as a registered nurse, e.g., as a geriatric nurse or a general adult and pediatric nurse
We Offer

- Remuneration according to PTG BB collective agreement 2026
- from €4179.22 to €4909.76 / month for 39 hours depending on prior experience, plus allowances
- Regular increases in gross salary
- Annual special payment
- 30 days of vacation + December 24th and December 31st
