For our location in Teltow, we are looking for a

Deputy Head of Nursing (m/f/d) for Outpatient Services

Tasks

Representing the Head of Nursing in their absence
Managing the facility together with the Head of Nursing
When applicable, performing basic and specialized nursing care
Evaluating nursing documentation
Ensuring and adhering to nursing and quality standards
Supervising nursing staff

Profile

Completed 3-year vocational training as a registered nurse, e.g., as a geriatric nurse or a general adult and pediatric nurse

We Offer

Compatibility of family and work
Remuneration according to PTG BB collective agreement 2026
from €4179.22 to €4909.76 / month for 39 hours depending on prior experience, plus allowances
Regular increases in gross salary
Annual special payment
30 days of vacation + December 24th and December 31st
