Deputy Market Leadership (m/w/d) – Your Entry into Leadership in LEH

As Deputy Market Leadership (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading a team of market leaders and supporting the development of new business ideas. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement new products and services • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Managing budgets and financial resources effectively • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in business administration, marketing or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • High level of initiative and motivation • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM systems.
