The Chiemgau Health World unites clinic-, wellness- and hotel operations (1,300 employees) in breathtaking nature. On our strong, established foundation, we want to set the next technological milestones. To relieve our team of administrative routine tasks, we are starting a comprehensive digitalization and efficiency offensive throughout the entire corporation. As our long-standing department leader is retiring in mid-2027, we are looking for their strategic sparring partner – and future successor.

We are not looking for an administrative assistant. We are looking for a process optimizer, a technology enabler, and an empathetic leadership personality.

Aufgaben

• Workflows elevate to the next level: Together with the team, you will analyze our established marketing workflows (from website maintenance to social media outreach to info screens) and transform them into modern, automated processes. Your goal: Minimize media breaks and repetitive routine tasks (like copy-paste) in the team, so everyone can focus on creative and value-adding tasks.
• Technological link: You don't have to be a programmer. But you have an excellent overview of modern marketing tools, AI assistants, and no-code workflows. You know how these systems simplify daily work, and implement them in partnership with our internal KI & Digitalization Manager.
• Sight in the age of KI: You rethink the findability of our brands. Besides classic SEO/SEA, you make our content fit for Generative Engines (GEO) – so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity & Co. recommend our houses in Chiemgau as top recommendations.

Qualifikation

• Experience in leadership & change: You have successfully steered marketing projects in a dynamic environment and bring a sense of modern organizational structures.
• Digital mindset: You use AI actively to simplify work and think in central content structures rather than decentralized single maintenance.
• Communication strength: You take the existing team empathetically and value-adding with you on this journey and convince our commercial leaders and department heads through measurable operational added value.
