Deputy Head of Daycare & Full-Day Care (m/f/d) 38.5 hours per week

We lay the foundation! In more than 60 facilities in the Rhine-Main area, we care for and support children from toddler age through school age in a trusting environment.

For our Karl-Blum-Allee facility, we are looking for you on a fixed-term basis until 08/31/2028.

• Companion: In everyday daycare life, you will accompany children in discovering the world and provide them with the necessary space for their individual development.

• State recognition as a specialist in daycare centers in Hesse or a comparable qualification according to the Hessian Children and Youth Assistance Act with several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Appreciative, open, and tolerant attitude
• Enjoy working in a team
• Empathy, commitment, and strong communication skills
• German written and spoken (at least B2 level)

• Collective agreement based on TVöD
  • Classification: KS 5
  • Placement depending on professional experience (level 1 to 6)
• Special payments (holiday pay, 13th month salary)
• Salary range (all-in): 50,749 - 69,724 EUR gross per year (full-time)
