To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for an experienced financial accountant (m/w/d) who knows the trade from scratch and feels at home in the manufacturing industry. Aufgaben

You will take over a key position deep in operational business with a view to the bigger picture. You ensure that the financial basis is solid, which management decides on.

• Main accounting / fixed asset accounting: As the main person and with absolute certainty, you create monthly and annual statements according to HGB in fast closing. Additionally, you are responsible for fixed asset accounting in an investment-intensive environment and ensure that the fixed assets are correctly reflected.
• Fachliche Führung & persönliche Entwicklung: You are the point of contact for department management and support the team in professional matters. You are willing to take on the role of deputy financial accounting leadership directly or gradually grow into a deputy role and assume responsibility.
• Prozesse & Transformation: Whether it's integrating new company units or preparing for the modernization of the ERP landscape (preparation for SAP S/4HANA): You don't look away, but as a key user, you get involved. You shape processes so that they are practical and efficient.
• Analytik & Weitblick: You question the value streams and understand the connections between production, inventory, and balance sheet. The coordination of financial interfaces to procurement, production, logistics, sales, and dispatch is safely in your hands.
• Offen für Neues: While accounting according to HGB is already your home game, you bring the willingness and curiosity with you to learn international reporting standards according to IFRS and build expertise.

Qualifikation

We are looking for a personality who combines readiness and willingness to personal development with bookkeeping acumen. You have learned your trade in the manufacturing industry. You know what means value assessment, production costs, and fixed assets in the building process.

• Your Basis: You have a solid accounting education (preferably with further training as a certified accountant (m/w/d), even without final certification) or a business studies degree. What matters is not the certificate on the wall, but your demonstrated accuracy according to HGB.
• Your Experience: You are experienced in dealing with modern ERP systems (preferably SAP). Experience with S/4HANA is a plus, but not necessary – important is your IT affinity and no aversion to new systems.
• Your Personality: You are a pragmatic type who gets straight into things. You work structured, analytically, and proactively. You don't wait for instructions, but see the work and do it.
