As a Deputy Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff and supporting the branch manager in achieving business objectives. Your tasks will include: • Managing a team of sales staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management; • Supporting the branch manager in developing and implementing sales strategies; • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and services.
