At the City of Flensburg in the Department of Youth in the Division of Municipal Daycare Centers and Child Day Care, we are looking for a Deputy Installation Leader Kita Fruerlund with additional task as Educator*in (m/w/d) in Group Service. The tasks include: * Planning and implementation of group activities and events; * Support of the educational team in planning and implementing educational programs; * Collaboration with other educators and staff members to ensure a smooth running of the daycare center; * Participation in meetings and discussions on topics related to education, child development and social issues; * Development and maintenance of relationships with parents, children and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have: * A degree in early childhood education or a related field; * Experience in group work and event planning; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
