Deputy Department Head Dispatch (m/w/d)
Job description
Your Tasks:
- You act as an interface between dispatch and other departments of the wholesale market
- You communicate directly with our customers regarding deviations and changes
- You ensure availability of goods in advance through corresponding information exchange
- You prepare analyses and reports and uses these for improvements to our dispatch processes
- You implement quality-enhancing measures together with colleagues in the wholesale market
- You maintain spare parts and stand in exchange with customers and customer managers
- You visit customers as needed
