• You will support the Head of the Daycare Center in organizational and operational matters in everyday life.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that the pedagogical work in the team corresponds to the concepts and quality standards of the foundation and is further developed jointly.
• You will be the point of contact for team members, residents, and relatives.
• You will implement guidelines with commitment and loyalty and convincingly uphold the values and guidelines of the foundation.
• Organizational and administrative tasks as well as interdisciplinary cooperation complete your diverse range of responsibilities.

What you bring

• Completed training as a work educator or social pedagogue.
• You have several years of experience in the pedagogical support of people with support needs, ideally in a daycare center.
• You are communicative, decisive, and have good organizational skills.
• You think in a networked manner, act with foresight, and know how to motivate others and delegate tasks meaningfully.
• You are loyal and willing to support management decisions and convincingly represent them in everyday life.
