Stellv. Head of HR (m/w/d)

An internationally listed company from the renewable energy and raw materials sector, working on pioneering technologies for a sustainable industry. With an international team of over 400 employees from more than 40 countries, it develops and operates innovative production facilities to make a significant contribution to environmentally friendly energy and mobility transformation.

Tasks

• Support and representation of the Head HR in operational and strategic HR topics
• Leadership and development of the HR Business Partner- and HR-Specialist-Teams, as well as ensuring an efficient HR service organization
• Closely working together with the Works Council and advising executives in labor law, personnel, and organizational matters
• Steering and implementation of strategic HR projects, for example in the areas of HR systems, Compensation & Benefits, culture- and engagement initiatives
• Developing HR processes, guidelines, and organizational structures taking into account compliance and corporate requirements
• Accompanying change and transformation processes as well as analyzing HR key figures to identify optimization potential

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management
• 8-10 years of professional experience and profound HR expertise in the areas of labor law, co-determination, employee relations, and HR processes
• Experience in leading HR Business Partner teams and steering organizational development and change projects
• Excellent communication, advisory, and negotiation skills as well as a sovereign approach to works councils and executives
• Strategic thinking combined with an operational hands-on mentality and high implementation strength
• Analytical and structured working style as well as experience in dealing with HR key figures, HR systems, and projects
• SAP S4 HANA - experience of advantage
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills in writing and speaking
