What will you do:

What you do
Together with your colleagues, you build, modify, and dismantle scaffolding at various locations. You check the material, set up the construction according to drawings, and ensure that everything is stable and safe. The projects range from homes to larger construction sites.

What we offer
You will work according to the Construction & Infrastructure collective labor agreement and receive clear employment conditions: A salary between € 3,500 and € 4,050 gross per 4 weeks, depending on your experience and certifications. 25 vacation days and 20 rostered days off. 3 short absence days. Pension accrual via BPF Bouw from your first working day. Participation in the Time Savings Fund, where you choose for 55% or 100%. 4.51% for sustainable employability. A travel allowance of € 0.32 per kilometer. A training budget of € 1,000 per year. Opportunities to obtain your VCA and scaffolding certificates via Faber. Prospect of a permanent contract. Is this you?
You have experience in scaffolding or would like to learn the trade. You have a B driver's license. You have a VCA certificate or want to obtain it via Faber. You can perform physical work and work safely at heights. You live in Stadskanaal or the surrounding area.

Through Faber, you will start working at a scaffolding company with projects in Stadskanaal and the surrounding area. You will work with experienced scaffolders and receive guidance tailored to your level. We ensure clear agreements, personal contact, and opportunities for growth.
