This role plays a key part in supporting clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and integrated analyses while ensuring high-quality statistical programming deliverables across the drug development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining SAS/R programs to support data analysis, creating and managing databases, performing data cleaning and validation, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining SAS/R programs to support data analysis • Creating and managing databases to store and retrieve clinical trial data • Performing data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality and integrity • Generating reports to summarize study findings and trends • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data managers, and clinicians, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related field • 3-12 years of experience in statistical programming using SAS/R • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, data analysis, and regulatory requirements • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
