Head of Station - Nursing Leadership (m/w/d) for our neurological station/neurological early rehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Clinic with departments of Geriatrics and Neurology in the St. Franziskus-Hospital GmbH Münster, which has a service mandate with 120 beds, is seeking a Head of Station - Nursing Leadership (m/w/d) for our neurological station/neurological early rehabilitation. Our common goal is to support our patients in regaining as much independence as possible, so that they can take up their previous activities again. For this purpose, we work in a multiprofessionally team consisting of doctors, nurses, physio- and ergotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. The Head of Station - Nursing Leadership (m/w/d) is responsible for the overall management of our neurological station/neurological early rehabilitation department, including the coordination of patient care, staff supervision, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in nursing or a related field, several years of experience in a leadership position, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
