Nursing Station Leader (m/w/d)

The Special Hospital for Neurological and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation at Rosenhügel in 1130 Vienna offers patients neurological rehabilitation at the highest level with 147 beds and 30 part-time therapeutic places. In your role as Nursing Station Leader, you will be responsible for the organizational, professional, and personnel management of a station. You will steer and coordinate care processes, implement rehabilitative care concepts, and work together with your team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; • Coordinating and supervising nursing staff; • Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures; • Participating in quality management and continuous improvement processes; • Maintaining open communication with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
