The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing the daily routine of the station, including the distribution of tasks among the employees, ensuring that all necessary care measures are taken and that the residents' needs are met. They will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere within the station, promoting teamwork and cooperation among the staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
