To complement the motivated and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a Station Manager in Healthcare (80-100%) who will be responsible for the following tasks: • Developing and implementing strategies for the station's operations, taking into account the needs of patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders; • Ensuring the smooth operation of the station, including the coordination of staff, resources, and processes; • Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning; • Developing and implementing measures to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and employee engagement; • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives; • Providing guidance and support to colleagues, as well as identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: • A degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Familiarity with quality improvement processes and patient safety initiatives.
