Station Manager Târgoviște

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Station Manager to join our team in Târgoviște. If you are an organized, results-oriented person who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, then this position will be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily delivery and sorting operations for the station

• Manage a team composed of team leaders, couriers, and warehouse staff

• Ensure compliance with operational KPIs (delivery times, accuracy, productivity)

• Optimize routes and processes for efficiency and cost reduction

• Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans

• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations/complaints

• Ensure stock control and inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• Very good organizational and decision-making skills under pressure

• Results-oriented and KPI achievement focus

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Experience in team coordination

• PC operation knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel)
