The Role – Your Passion

• Location Development: Together with the central departments and your team, you will build up our location and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

• Process Optimization: You will implement and further develop existing standards, and contribute your own ideas – e.g., for vehicle handovers and returns.

• International Collaboration: You will work closely with roadsurfer teams in other countries and continuously improve processes.

• Team Leadership: You will lead your team with empathy, clear communication, and a supportive attitude that creates clarity, fosters performance, and enables growth.

• Recruiting: You will build your team and find talents who share your enthusiasm.

• Fleet Management: You will keep an overview of the vehicle fleet, ensure its condition, and coordinate local service partners.

• Customer Advice: You know our products and will competently advise customers so that they are on the road as happy roadsurfers.

What you need to surf on the same wave with us

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar areas – career changers welcome

• Initial experience in team leadership is a plus – more important is that you communicate empathetically and create a working environment that creates clarity, fosters development, and allows your employees to act independently.

• Strong service and customer orientation, as well as an open and friendly manner

• Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work

• Very good German and English skills

• Driving license class B

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position ranges between EUR 37,000 and EUR 40,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback discussion.
