- Collaboration with station and department leaders, as well as nursing direction in harmony with patient and staff needs
- Availability to participate in shift work

- Ensuring daily operations, including responsibility for organizing and deploying personnel and material resources
- Working in an interdisciplinary team
- Participation in structural processes
- Ensuring practical training
