This position is to be filled from 01.03.2026.

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the FlixShop at Frankfurt am Main ZOB
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Maintain and update timetables and departure information
• Ensure a smooth flow before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Direct buses to the terminal and coordinate their positioning
• Control and manage buses operationally directly on site
• Align with dispatchers, drivers and external bus companies
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape actively a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• Ideal candidate has already gathered experience in customer service, retail, at an airport or in similar fields
• Good German language skills bring you with, first English language skills are also advantageous
• Mit PC, Internet and E-Mail communication, you navigate confidently and routiniert
• As a service-oriented and communicative person, you always present yourself well
• You also remain calm in stressful moments and maintain your overview
