State Supervisor, Telangana

Applications are invited for the position of State Supervisor, Telangana on a contractual basis: Organisation- Indian Police Foundation Number of Positions: 1 Tenure- This position is offered initially for 1 year (but extendable) Project: Internal Police Reforms Project Location- Hyderabad (with travel across India) Qualifications: Essential: i. Retired police officer (retired as ADGP/ IGP/DIG/SP/Addl SP/DSP) with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience of supervision of police stations. ii. Good communication and interpersonal skills. iii. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. iv. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. v. Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Office. Desirable: i. Master's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification. ii. Experience in policy-making, planning, and implementation. iii. Knowledge of police laws, rules, and regulations. iv. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. v. Strong leadership skills. vi. Familiarity with government policies and procedures.
