Startend Uitvoerder Civiele Techniek

As a startend uitvoerder, you will be an important link in our civil projects from the preparation phase onwards. You ensure a well-thought-out planning, set clear work instructions and contribute to a safe and efficient workflow process. On the construction site, you are the point of contact for colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers. You make sure everyone knows what needs to be done and that the work is carried out according to agreement.

When execution starts, your organizational talent and technical knowledge will come fully into their own. You monitor progress, quality, planning, and costs and work closely with the main contractor and project leader to deliver a successful project. Along the way, you have regular contact with the client, so everything runs smoothly and expectations are met.

Safety always comes first for you. You create an environment where everyone can work safely and go home healthy at the end of the day. For you, that's self-evident. As a contractor, you're not just an organizer, but also a connector and coach who takes pride in the collective result.

What will you do?

• Preparing plans, work instructions, and safety measures.
• Coordinating activities on the construction site and directing teams.
• Aligning with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
• Maintaining quality, progress, costs, and safety.
