We work with modern solutions, ensuring the effectiveness of our projects. We use modern technologies and a flexible approach to project implementation, which allows us to support ARiMR in the digitalization of the Polish agricultural sector. Department of Development Department of Analysis and Design of Resort Projects UX/UI Design Team for Resort Projects Place of work: Warsaw, hybrid work Number of positions: 2 Employment quota: 1 Main responsibilities: Developing consistent design standards and developing a design system in the environment of business applications. Maintaining and developing a library of reusable design elements across multiple applications. Preparing mockups that adhere to the adopted standard. Designing and improving business applications to enhance user experience. Designing, testing, and optimizing user experiences. Conducting workshops with users, stakeholders, and the design team. Constant cooperation with members of project teams. Mandatory requirements: Higher education in a relevant field and/or postgraduate studies, relevant (specialist) courses related to the subject matter carried out by the organizational unit, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tasks related to the above, with UX/UI design, etc. - a portfolio containing a cross-section of completed web projects or applications is welcome. Experience in application development/evolution projects (including mobile). Knowledge of UX, GUI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD). Ability to map user flows, define information architecture, design mockups and interfaces. Ability to define visual standards. Ability to organize and structure content to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user movement within systems. Desirable requirements: Knowledge of information system development methodologies. Knowledge of English at a level that allows reading documentation. Experience in projects carried out using SCRUM methodologies. Attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies. Tracking current design trends and their creative application in your work while maintaining applicable accessibility standards and good design practices.
