Senior Content Specialist

Workplace: Blizne Łaszczyńskiego (Warsaw West County)

Your responsibilities

• Co-creation and implementation of a content marketing strategy supporting the image and sales goals of the brands within the group (planning and managing a publication calendar)
• Adaptation of brand strategy to social media language through the creation of engaging native content for specific channels (and brands)
• Preparation of content for newsletters (current communication + sales offer)
• Creation of scripts and production of video materials (image and sales materials)
• Experience working as a "talking head" in video production
• Active cooperation with the graphic design department, sales team, and external video subcontractors
• Monitoring competitor activities and trends in the automotive industry
• Reporting on action results based on content metrics and KPIs

Our requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (content specialist/copywriter).
• Ability to create engaging content (so-called "storytelling") and sales texts (copywriting) tailored to various channels, mainly: FB/IG social media channels, LinkedIn, newsletter (client and internal communication)
• Proficiency in operating Meta and YouTube channels in the context of building organic reach
• Practical knowledge of search engine content optimization principles.
• Basic operation of Google Analytics 4
• Proactivity, independence in action, and high visual aesthetics
• Valid driving license category B

Nice to have

• Genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Operation of tools for sending newsletters to clients (Klavio, MailerLite, Brevo, others)
• Experience in using AI tools to support content creation
