Senior Specialist for Energy Market Process Operations (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• ensuring the execution of energy market processes supported by CSIRE, excluding processes related to measurement data
• coordinating operational cooperation in energy market process operations with other organizational units of the OIRE area
• monitoring the execution of energy market processes supported by CSIRE and user activities within CSIRE in terms of their compliance with applicable internal and external regulations
• handling applications and complaints from retail energy market entities regarding the execution of energy market processes supported by CSIRE and supervising their proper handling
• supervising and ensuring the currency and correct operation of business rules contained within CSIRE
• participation in development works and tests of new functionalities and new system versions;
• developing proposals for changes to IRiESP-OIRE, including Annexes to IRiESP-OIRE, within the scope of the department's tasks
• preparing materials and presentations on CSIRE process execution for training and information meetings with external institutions, as well as active participation in such events

Our requirements

• second-cycle higher technical education: electrical engineering, power engineering, economics, IT
• good knowledge of the functioning principles and methods of the electricity market
• good knowledge of legal regulations concerning the energy market
• good knowledge of energy market process execution principles
• good knowledge of standards and instructions applicable in transmission and distribution networks (IRiESP/IRiESD, WDB)
• very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, including SharePoint.
• 4 years of professional experience in the field of: power engineering, multimedia, commodity market, financial market (preferably power engineering - TPA processes)
• knowledge of English at B1 - Intermediate level
• autonomy and initiative, communication skills
• ability to work in a team, knowledge sharing,
• analytical and coordination skills,
• responsibility, focus on effects and results

Preferred

• knowledge of DNO and DSO IT systems
• knowledge of SAP system
• experience in the energy industry
• category B driving license.
