Job description
If you are a person who: has experience in the area of process architecture, optimization, or process transformation, knows process modeling methods very well (BPMN 2.0, VSM, CJM, flowchart), can independently conduct process analyses and workshops with stakeholders, knows Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking methodologies, sees opportunities for using automation and AI to improve processes, can combine business, process, and technological perspectives, communicates freely with various stakeholder groups, knows English at a level enabling active participation in working meetings. We have a job for you, which involves: independently mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes, identifying problems and designing process improvements, preparing and maintaining process models and documentation, leading selected work streams in optimization projects, cooperating with business, IT, and teams responsible for AI development, preparing analyses, business cases, and change recommendations, supporting the implementation of new solutions and monitoring the effects of implemented improvements.
