Senior .NET Developer – Public Sector

We are looking for an experienced individual for the position of .NET Developer to join our team and support us in IT project execution – in the public sector. Scope of tasks: - Design, implement, and develop applications in .NET technology (C#) according to business requirements. - Create software using technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WPF, SignalR, WCF, or Web API. - Implement services based on SOAP and REST protocols, as well as communication based on SignalR. - Work with relational SQL or NoSQL databases, including designing and optimizing queries. - Utilize Entity Framework or other ORM libraries in the application development process. - Program in the Visual Studio environment and apply good design practices (SOLID, DRY) and TDD techniques in agile methodologies. - Implement the frontend layer using Vue.js, Angular, or React technologies, and HTML, CSS, JavaScript standards. - Deploy applications on enterprise-class servers (IIS) and use containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for application management and scaling. - Collaborate with the project team to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. - Participate in CI/CD processes and ensure code quality through static analysis tools, unit tests, and code coverage control. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET platform programming. - Experience in: - Programming in C#. - Working with technologies: ASP.NET MVC, WPF, SignalR, WCF, or Web API. - Applying good design practices (SOLID, DRY) and TDD techniques. - Programming in the Visual Studio environment. - Using Entity Framework or other ORM libraries. - Developing applications using SQL or NoSQL databases. - Building SOAP, REST services, and SignalR communication. - Deploying applications on IIS servers. - Utilizing one of the frontend technologies (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent). - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies. - Ability to use tools supporting the development process: - CI/CD tools. - Code static analysis tools. - Tools for verifying unit test code coverage (e.g., xUnit). - GIT version control system.
