Senior Production Operator (M/F/X)

Your responsibilities

What will your work involve?

- Independent operation and setup of production machines and equipment.

- Preparation and control of the production process according to quality requirements.

- Troubleshooting of current technical problems related to the operation of production lines.

- Monitoring process parameters and reacting to deviations.

- Quality control of products and production documentation.

- Supporting less experienced employees and sharing job-specific knowledge.

- Cooperation in implementing improvements that increase process efficiency.

- Ensuring compliance with GMP principles and internal procedures.

Our requirements

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in operating production machines and processes,

- Very well understands production processes and GMP requirements,

- Can independently diagnose and solve technical problems,

- Is characterized by responsibility, accuracy, and good work organization,

- Is willing to support and onboard new team members,

- Is ready to work in a 3-shift system,

- Possesses a valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet or is willing to obtain one.
