Job description:
- Supporting department head in managing and controlling the team
- Performing shift leader duties
- Providing technical guidance on repairs, maintenance, and inspections as well as diagnostic testing for damage, and participating in introducing new repair methods
- Pointing out opportunities for improvement and implementing them within the organization's workshop and workplace design area.
- Conducting internal quality controls and supporting guarantees of safety and work hygiene in the workshop.
