Senior Consultant for Dynamics AX/D365 F&O Job Description Do you have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX2012, and do you enjoy collaborating with business users? We are looking for an expert who will support system development, resolve complex issues, and participate in implementation and optimization projects. Level: Senior Form of cooperation: B2B/Employment contract Recruitment: 100% remote Work model: hybrid (work in the Warsaw office - once a month) Flexible start time: 08.00-10.00 Scope of responsibilities: Providing substantive and technical support to users in all aspects related to systems under the care of the support department. Collaborating with other IT departments to ensure system availability and respond to emerging issues. Assigning roles and permissions for users. Analyzing user needs for system modifications and extensions. Collaborating with the implementation department and the development team to implement system changes. Conducting software compliance tests against requirements. Conducting training, consultations, and presentations for software users. Your experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O and AX2012 systems (finance, procurement, invoicing, or warehouse modules). Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system implementation projects or their maintenance (AX, D365, SAP, IFS, or Oracle). Basic knowledge of SQL. Practical knowledge of accounting and financial processes. Ability to create business requirements analyses and test scenarios. Experience collaborating with business users and the IT team. Knowledge of English at a minimum of B2 level. Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira tools. Basic knowledge of XML.
