Senior Software Engineer
Job description
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent education
Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming (OOP)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java programming, with a focus on backend systems
Practical experience with Java 8+, including functional programming, streams, and concurrency
Mastery in using Java frameworks, such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data)
Significant experience in designing and developing RESTful API interfaces and microservices
Experience working with SQL
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git, GitLab/GitHub), and automated testing frameworks (JUnit)
Good understanding of best practices in security
Experience in optimizing performance, profiling, and debugging Java applications
