Your Responsibilities

• leading initiatives related to AI, GenAI, data science, and data engineering in collaboration with business and IT,
• identifying business needs and translating them into concrete improvements, automations, and solutions to increase process efficiency and decision quality,
• designing, implementing, and developing solutions based on data, analytical models, machine learning, language models, and generative AI,
• creating and developing solutions utilizing RAG, AI agents, AI workflows, multimodal models, and AI Copilot-type tools,
• building, integrating, and optimizing data processing pipelines, including ETL, batch, streaming processes, API integrations, and automation,
• connecting data from various sources, assessing their availability and quality, and preparing them for use by business units,
• creating technology recommendations, data work standards, implementation patterns, and documentation understandable to business and IT,
• ensuring the quality, security, and responsible use of data and AI, including compliance with AI Governance principles, Responsible AI, and regulatory requirements,
• monitoring trends in the areas of data, AI, GenAI, cloud, and analytical platforms, and recommending development directions.

Our Requirements

• you have a higher education in a field related to IT, data processing, mathematics, statistics, data science, automation, or a related technical area,
• you have at least 4 years of experience in developing data-based products, tools, or processes, and at least 2 years of practice in data engineering, data science, BI, data analysis, or GenAI,
• you have a very good command of Python and SQL, and practical experience working with data, analytical models, and AI solutions,
• you have experience in designing and automating data feeding processes, data integration, working with APIs, and cloud technologies or data platforms,
• you have knowledge of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar solutions supporting AI application development,
• you have experience working with generative AI models, RAG solutions, AI agents, multi-agent systems, or integrating language models with business processes,
• you have knowledge of databases, SQL, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge management techniques for language models,
• you have a good understanding of cloud solutions and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Salesforce, or similar technological environments,
• you have the ability for analytical thinking, synthesizing information, and designing solutions that meet real business needs,
• you have experience in project work, coordinating activities, and collaborating in a waterfall or agile environment,
• you have the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT and translate complex technological issues into business benefits,
• you are characterized by a focus on quality, responsibility, cooperation, accuracy, and readiness for continuous skill development,
• you have knowledge of English sufficient for working with technical documentation and communicating in a project environment.

Nice to have

• experience in the financial sector or other regulated environments,
• knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, EU AI Act, and principles of safe AI use,
• experience in building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions and implementing them into the daily operations of an organization,
• experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, GitHub Copilot, LangSmith, or Model Context Protocol,
• certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, Databricks AI Engineer, or other certifications related to AI, cloud, data, or analytical platforms.
