Senior Analyst Investment Fund/ Scout (startups, IT sector) — Russian, English, only region Latam

Location: Remote (Americas time zones preferred; availability for EST calls) Type: Full time / part-time (4-8 hours/day; flexible schedule) Compensation: USD (project-based / monthly equivalent, depending on experience) We are a small deal-by-deal investment syndicate focused on early-stage opportunities across LATAM and the US. We’re looking for a senior analyst who can help us source dealflow, run high-signal research, and project-manage deals from first intro to close. This role is for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in startup scouting, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM and US startup ecosystems, as well as connections within these networks. Responsibilities: • Source dealflow through research, networking, and outreach; • Run high-signal research on potential investments, including market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and financial modeling; • Project-manage deals from first intro to close, ensuring timely and effective communication with portfolio companies, investors, and other stakeholders; • Develop and maintain relationships with startup founders, investors, and other key players in the LATAM and US startup ecosystems; • Collaborate with our investment team to identify and prioritize potential investments; • Assist in due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive assessment; • Prepare and present deal memos, pitch decks, and other materials for internal review and external communication. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in startup scouting, venture capital, or private equity; • Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively; • Deep understanding of the LATAM and US startup ecosystems, as well as connections within these networks; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
