Starlink Installer (min. €100 / job)

HELFERLINE is the leading technology support platform in the DACH region. Since 2016, we have been helping thousands of private customers with technical problems every year, together with partners such as MediaMarkt, O₂, and Starlink. We are growing particularly strongly in the area of satellite internet, and for this we are looking for installers.

Tasks

You will install Starlink kits at private customers' homes on-site. This includes:

• Determining the ideal installation location with the Starlink app
• Identifying the simplest LAN cable routing into the house and coordinating it with the customer (drilling may be necessary)
• Connecting the router using the provided LAN cable
• Carrying out the installation step-by-step in the app
• Uploading before and after photos
• Performing a final speed test

If the customer on-site wishes for additional services – e.g., connecting their devices to the new router – you can charge extra for these and increase your earnings per job.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity – experience with antenna installation or similar is a plus, but not a must
• Proficient use of a smartphone
• Own tools, ladder, and safety equipment
• Punctuality and a friendly demeanor towards customers
• A trade license – or the willingness to register one (simple and inexpensive, we will explain how)
